Deposit & Postage Fees

These charges are an initial deposit only against your total order. This amount will be deducted from your final bill upon receipt of the full or unused bags being returned or collected.

Please note: All parcels are sent via 48–72 hour tracked carrier or our own eco-friendly in-house delivery team. Upon receipt of the submitted form, your information will be passed to our accounts department who will generate the deposit and postage invoice (usually within 48 hours) which can be paid via bank transfer or a SUMUP online card payment link. We are unable to take card payments over the telephone, only via our secure online portal.
